Seth Meyers' Golden Globe After-Party at The h.wood Group's Poppy, presented by Beats By Dre: J.T. Brings the Fun
Justin Timberlake's table was the place to be at this party! The triple-threat star and his wife, Jessica Biel, were seen in deep conversation with Jon Hamm before Michelle Williams headed over. It wasn't long before Timberlake was on his feet and dancing.
Hamm was also a standout on the dance floor, though he did take a break from busting a move to chat with Saturday Night Live boss Lorne Michaels.
In addition to Hamm, Emma Watson and Master of None star Lena Waithe showed off their skills on the dance floor.

While Carey may have been the star of the party, Jon Hamm certainly got some attention. We’re told he was spotted dancing all over the venue.
“Literally throughout the entire space, the entire night,” the spy said. “He was like an Energizer bunny that didn’t stop. He was having such a blast, it was cute to watch.”

Afterward, the Louis Vuitton team and I had a somewhat delirious dinner at The Beverly Hills Hotel. We were all exhausted and jet-lagged, but the delicious lobster, the band, and Jon Hamm sitting next to us really perked things up.

Jon Hamm Has No Love For The Paparazzi!

.........Hollywood names slated to attend include Aldis Hodge and Matthew Modine, both of whom have work appearing at the fair, along with Jesse Williams, Terry Crews, Emma Roberts, Cheech Marin, Omar Miller, Yvonne Orji, Jurnee Smollett-Bell, Anthony Hemingway and others. ........

Hamm host the 23rd Annual LA Art Show Opening Night Premiere Gala Benefiting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at Los Angeles Convention Center on January 10

It's becoming a winter tradition, the opening-night gala of the L.A. Art Show, (through Jan. 14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center). Each year attracts another A-list host such as Jon Hamm to do the honors at the event, which for the past several years has benefited St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
"I'm a big believer and a big fan of what they do," Hamm tells The Hollywood Reporter about the hospital founded in the 1950s by entertainer Danny Thomas, whose son Tony is a friend of Hamm's. "A lot of organizations that purport to raise money for kids, raise money for a lot of the adults who run the organization. And St. Jude's puts a lot more money where their mouth is," says the star............Modine has a houseful of artwork, mostly his own, but otherwise doesn't consider himself a collector. Neither does Hamm, though he does have a number of prized prints by a childhood friend’s mother, who was a master printmaker. He also has an eye for works by Tom Huck, another printmaker from Missouri.
"I wouldn’t call myself a big art collector. I'm relatively well versed in art history and in some sense of contemporary art," says Hamm. "One of my favorite things to do when I’m out of town is to check out galleries. Atlanta has some phenomenal contemporary art galleries, and obviously New York. I do like going. It's a relatively inexpensive way to spend a day, unless you start buying things. Then it can get very expensive very quickly."

(St. Jude was founded in 1962 by entertainer Danny Thomas, whose son Tony is a friend of Hamm.)
No child should have to die from pediatric cancer,” said Hamm during the gathering about why supporting St. Jude is a cause that’s close to his heart. About St. Jude itself, the “Mad Man” star said, the hospital was “the passion, vision and drive of a single man to save children’s lives.”

Hamm Has Lunch At The Palm In Beverly Hills Before Heading Back To The Chateau Marmont

Take, for instance, “Stinker Lets Loose.” Billed as a live reading of an audiobook of a novelization of a forgotten 1970s trucker film, the event gathered Jon Hamm, Andy Richter, Busy Philipps, and more to read excerpts of this mysteriously re-discovered work. The truth (although no one will openly admit it) is that the whole thing is an invention of comedy writer Mike Sachs, although it quite frankly doesn’t matter.
Hearing Hamm as the titular Stinker as he raced towards Washington, D.C., to deliver a six-pack of beer to President Jimmy Carter with a crazed chimpanzee and his best buddy Boner in tow was every bit as ridiculously fun as it sounds. That Kevin Pollack played his role (The Big Man) in his pitch-perfect impression of Christopher Walken was more than we could’ve ever hoped for.

Hamm is unsurprisingly excellent as a man whose intellectual gifts did not simply disappear when he started letting himself go. Though we're set up to expect a bit more crafty dealmaking than the picture winds up delivering, Mason's long-overdue chance to confront the past offers enough emotional weight to make the war-zone detective work feel less formulaic than it might have. Pike's role is considerably less rewarding.

Jon Hamm Eats Super Healthy But He Can't Resist This Dessert
By David Walters, Jan 25, 2018

Unlike a certain iconic character whose idea of dietary mindfulness was no brown liquor before noon, Jon Hamm has a slightly more restrained approach. “You know, I try not to eat garbage,” says the star of this month’s indie drama Nostalgia. Here, he talks with David Walters about aging, craft services, and the St. Louis staple food that makes him nostalgic.

 Are you a healthyish eater?
Jon Hamm: I think I am. You know, it sounds sort of crappy to say it, but most of the food that we are presented with has been processed to within an inch of its life, so it's not exactly the most healthy thing you can eat. So I try to eat as fresh as I can, and try to stay away from as much of the cheap stuff as I can, too. I'm not above eating a packet of potato chips or something every now and again, but I do try to make those occasions more of a stand-alone rather than habitual.

Is there any secret to eating well when you’re on location?
JH: I try to eat as healthfully as I can. There are always options that are snacky, but mostly it’s about self-control. Most of shooting is really just waiting around, unless you’re working on an action film where you’ve got to train. So you don’t really need that much energy; the crew is the one that needs the energy. Don’t eat like an idiot—I think that’s a good rule of thumb.

Is there anything like juicing that worked for you? Or is it really just healthy moderation across the board?
JH: You know, for me, it’s really just about moderation. I like a nice juice. I like fresh fruit and vegetables. Those are the things that I kind of gravitate toward, just from a lifestyle standpoint, so the fact that they also happen to be healthy is great.

Do you have a go-to breakfast?
JH: That Icelandic yogurt Siggi’s is really good and not too sour. I usually mix in some raspberries or blueberries and a little granola. And, if I have a little more time, I'll make bacon and eggs. I like to have something in my stomach in the morning because just coffee can be a little bit daunting.

Let’s briefly hit on the “ish” part of healthyish. Do you have any food vices?
JH: Well I do like a doughnut. I used to be able to house half a dozen doughnuts and not think about it because I was a three-sport varsity athlete and a kid. But I think part of becoming over 40 is realizing that you can’t eat the way you used to eat if you want to be healthy at all. Your metabolism slows significantly and your body just changes. You know, you get out what you put in. And if you don’t watch it, you’re gonna be on the wrong side of that equation. But I do like a donut every now and then—I’m treating myself.

I want to make a final, very labored connection to Nostalgia. Is there any food that makes you nostalgic?
JH: This is gonna kind of go counter to everything that I've just said, but St. Louis has a very specific culinary tradition—we have this great stuff called frozen custard. There's a place called Ted Drewes in St. Louis, and it’s basically an ice cream store that’s been around for the better part of a hundred years. But it’s frozen custard, so there are even more calories in it. Danny Meyer included frozen custard in his Shake Shack menu, and Danny’s a St. Louis guy. We went to high school together. That’s probably the food that gets me going the most.
